Many of these concepts could not have come about without processing what The Composer conceptualised via their rational intellect as ‘The Four Levels of Inner Child’s Grief’.
The author is committed to utilising a range of therapies in their professional practice, including an integration of compassion and play as captured in their April 2022 training in psychodrama. The author also employs established therapies to enhance their understanding and acceptance of what the author has conceptualised as the autistic true self, which may be reflected in the use of personal symbolism in correspondence. If any recipients of correspondence have boundaries that would be violated by the author's personal symbolism, they are encouraged to communicate this, and the author will refrain from further correspondence while continuing to integrate their autistic intellect and bisexual expression.
In all correspondence, while the author has celebrated becoming a provisional psychologist, they have maintained the a priori intent to not represent themselves and to not sign off as a provisional psychologist. With the exception of "Shannon", "Mr. Green", "Mr. Shannon M. Green", and "Shannon Green", all names presented are fictional parts as per the Un Novus One product, Inner Child Kingdom. The fictional character 'shanern da innah child king in da innah child kingdumb' is a service to the pre-Inner Child Kingdom character named Pippin Green. The character of Pippin Green was put to rest following the death of the real-life inspiration, Pippin (2008-2022). The author has sought legal advice to ensure that all statements made comply with relevant laws and regulations in Australia, including ensuring that the concepts mentioned align with the Code of Ethics of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Until otherwise stated, the author’s views of the psyche – to be published in Jungian Materialism: Entrance (JME) – are represented as the author and not as a provisional psychologist.
1. Definitions
1.1 The Composer refers to Mr. Shannon M. Green, The Composer of Un Novus One. This applies to I. Executive Summary - written on 12-1-23 and II. Addendum.
2.1 Creative Works
2.1 Mr. Green's creative works, including those associated with A Great Fool Circus and produced under Un Novus One, are protected under intellectual property laws. This includes copyright law, trademark law, and where applicable, patent law. These protections extend to both tangible works (e.g., books, sculptures, paintings) and intangible works (e.g., ideas, processes, systems).
The primary statute governing copyright in Australia is the Copyright Act 1968, which gives exclusive rights to the creators of certain forms of material to reproduce their work, publish it, and perform it in public. As such, any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Mr. Green's works is prohibited.
Fair use, however, allows limited use of copyrighted material without permission from the author, applicable in circumstances such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, and teaching. Mr. Green's works, however, must not be misused or exploited for purposes beyond these exceptions without his explicit consent.

2.1.1 Genesis: Opening Inner Child Kingdom Episodes 1-11 from November 2022 to May 2023, and The Off Season from May 2023 to October 2023, the use of The Old Testament by Mr. Shannon M. Green, thereafter referred to as Mr. Green, serves exclusively as a basis for a fictional narrative, derived purely for creative expression. This also applies to Exodus to Genesis (2022) - the debut album of Mr. Green's father and co-founder of the first electronic band in Australia, Cybotron, E, by Mr. Green. Any interpretations or conclusions drawn from these works remain within the purview of creative expression and personal belief. These works are not intended to offend, slander, or infringe upon the rights of any individuals or groups. Mr. Green's use of these materials complies with Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 and Section 116 of the Australian Constitution, respecting the freedom of religion and cultural expression while not endorsing any form of discrimination or hate speech.
2.1.2 Instagram stories, referred to as episodes in the content, are under the full creative control of the creators. The creators are credited in full in The Books of Shannons: Our Sun (2027). Any Instagram creator can request at any time that their stories be removed from Instagram.
2.1.3 Mr. Green, as part of A Great Fool Circus, aims to celebrate Eros energy as art promoting boundaries, consent, and truths. This creative expression is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 and will be revealed insofar as Mr. Green feels safe to do so.
2.2 In his upcoming album, 22 Sides Of The Same Coin (Green/Green), Mr. Green discusses his here and now trauma from 2022 to 2023, including being gaslighted and betrayed by 12 individuals from April 2022 to June 2023. While expressing these feelings via fictional characters, Mr. Green has the legal right under the Defamation Act 2005 (Cth) and the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) to keep these individuals anonymous.
2.2.1 In the forthcoming album, 22 Sides Of The Same Coin (Green/Green), Mr. Green details his 'here and now' traumas from 2022-2023, inclusive of instances of gaslighting and betrayal experienced at the hands of 12 individuals from April 2022 to June 2023. In the context of this work, 'here and now' traumas refer to a concept termed 'Shit's fucked trauma 2022-2023' - i.e. the trauma to know he is right. These terms and concepts are the product of Mr. Green's unique autistic true self intellect, conceptualised further by his Nicholson intellect, and initiated by his Green intellect. While conveying these experiences through the medium of fictional characters and Internal Family Systems parts in his mind-body psyche via Inner Child Kingdom (Method of Loci, 2022 - ), Mr. Green will, under the Defamation Act 2005 (Cth) and the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), to retain the anonymity of these individuals. The non-legal motivations for this will be outlined via his post-hoc rational intellect in Jungian Materialism: Entrance, and via his true self's writer's voice, his Soul, in The Books of Shannons: Our Sun (2027).
2.3 Legal disclaimer about the use of Spotify playlists for freedom of expression as per 'Genesis: Opening Inner Child Kingdom (11) - coupled with healing from here and now trauma 2022-2023.
2.4 The use of Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords on his Instagram is considered a form of creative expression and interpretation. However, it is important to note that the intellectual property rights associated with the crossword puzzles belong to the original creators and the Herald Sun publication.
2.3.1 Australian law provides significant protections for freedom of speech, extended to the realm of artistic expression. Mr. Green's use of creative means to express ‘The Four Levels of Inner Child’s Grief’ is protected under these laws.
2.3.2 Under Section 14 of the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986, Mr. Green has the right to "freedom of thought, conscience and religion; freedom of opinion and expression". This includes the right to express his personal journey through ‘The Four Levels of Inner Child’s Grief’.
2.3.3 The Copyright Act 1968 grants Mr. Green exclusive rights to his works, allowing him to control the use, distribution, and adaptation of his original creations that express ‘The Four Levels of Inner Child’s Grief’.
2.3.4 Mr. Green's personal use of Spotify's platform to create playlists, expressing his own personal journey through ‘The Four Levels of Inner Child’s Grief’, falls within Spotify's acceptable use policy.
2.3.5 As Mr. Green is the only individual involved in his expression of ‘The Four Levels of Inner Child’s Grief’, privacy laws, although important, are less relevant in this context.
2.3.6 The implied freedom of political communication within the Constitution, as recognised by the Australian High Court, covers Mr. Green's freedom to express his personal grief through creative means, particularly if the works comment on or critique societal or political issues related to grief, child abuse, or mental health.
2.3.7 It is essential that any use of copyrighted material in Mr. Green's work falls under the fair dealing provisions of the Copyright Act 1968, such as the use of the work for the purpose of criticism or review, or for parody or satire. His work is based on his personal experiences and is not infringing on the copyright of others, thus falling within these provisions.
2.3.8 Mr. Green has the right to share his personal experiences and emotions through creative outlets, as long as these outlets do not encourage harm to himself or others, or include defamatory remarks about specific individuals or groups.
2.3.9 The right to discuss openly his experiences and feelings of his sexual abuse in 2022 are protected under the Australian legal framework, especially as these experiences were documented.
2.3.10 The Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth) provides further protection to individuals who choose to share their personal experiences of sexual abuse. The Act makes it unlawful to discriminate against someone because of their sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, intersex status, marital or relationship status, pregnancy, or potential pregnancy, or because they are breastfeeding. In essence, Mr. Green's sharing of his experiences of sexual abuse and his healing journey falls under these protections.
2.3.11 In line with the principles established in The Null Hypothesis, the Corpenican Revolution of Psychology, and The Perennial Hypothesis, Mr. Green is within his rights to share his experiences of trauma as part of his personal healing journey. This open dialogue aligns with the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986, which upholds freedom of thought, conscience, and expression.
2.3.12 The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) allows individuals to share personal information about themselves as they see fit, respecting the personal autonomy and privacy of other individuals. Mr. Green's sharing of his own experiences and emotions related to sexual abuse that occurred in April 2022 is within his rights, as long as it does not violate the rights of others.
2.3.13 The Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth) provides further protection to individuals who choose to share their personal experiences of sexual abuse. The Act makes it unlawful to discriminate against someone because of their sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, intersex status, marital or relationship status, pregnancy, or potential pregnancy, or because they are breastfeeding. In essence, Mr. Green's sharing of his experiences of sexual abuse and his healing journey falls under these protections.
2.3.14 Under the Evidence Act 1995 (Cth), Mr. Green's documented experiences and expression of his healing journey following the sexual abuse are admissible in legal contexts, provided they adhere to the act's guidelines regarding relevance, reliability, and fairness.
2.5 While Mr. Green's creative work is within the bounds of Australian law, he appreciates and welcomes rational dialogue about it - as with Jungian Materialism: Entrance (see Section 3 and 7). If an individual finds the emotional intensity of his work to be beyond their comfort zone, they are encouraged, as per the January 2023 legal disclaimer (see above), to disengage.
2.6 In accordance with Australian Copyright Act 1968, Instagram content creators, also termed 'Instagram artists' for the purposes of this clause, retain full copyright over their published work, inclusive of their Instagram stories, hereby referred to as "episodes". The artist holds the unequivocal authority to control the use, distribution, and presentation of their work.
2.6.1 The Composer, as part of MelodyM8, aims to celebrate Eros energy as art promoting boundaries, consent, and truths. This creative expression is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 and will be revealed insofar The Composer feels safe to do so. See Section 6.
2.6.2 Mr. Green, in his capacity as an artist and author, will feature these Instagram artists in his upcoming publication, "The Books Of Shannons: Our Sun" (2027). Their contributions will be recognized fully and expressly, indicated through the inclusion of their respective Instagram handles, thereby ensuring due acknowledgement of their creative input.
2.6.3 It is essential to note that the artists' rights as per the Copyright Act include the ability to request removal of their "episodes" from the Instagram platform at any given time, irrespective of their inclusion in Mr. Green's work.
2.6.4 The Composer, in association with A Great Fool Circus, pledges to celebrate Eros energy as a form of artistic expression. This commitment to creativity operates within the limits of the Copyright Act 1968, and aims to emphasize the importance of personal boundaries, informed consent, and the articulation of individual truths in artistic mediums. The extent of such artistic representation is contingent on The Composer's discretion and comfort level.
2.6.5 The content of MelodyM8 includes Mr. Green healing from their sexual abuse, including accepting their own female energy as they now, from a gender perspective, identify with both he/him/she/her. This content is covered under the Australian Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995, which allows for nudity and sexual expression in artistic content, as long as it is not deemed obscene or offensive.
2.6.6 Any accusations against The Composer for the content within any of their creative works are legally considered as defamation under the Defamation Act 2005, given that the content is within the bounds of Australian law.
2.7 Healing from sexual abuse and embracing their sexuality

2.7.2 The content within Mr. Green's work that addresses these sensitive topics complies with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring protection for individuals who have experienced sexual abuse. This clause will be adapted and fine-tuned to be consistent with the stipulations in sections 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, and 2.8.
2.7.2.1 Mr. Green recognises the sensitive nature of healing from sexual abuse. He will approach the narrative of his personal healing journey in 2022 with utmost care, empathy, and respect, ensuring that the content complies with relevant laws and regulations.
2.7.2.2 Mr. Green will provide appropriate resources and support for individuals who seek to understand or navigate similar experiences in Book 0. Jungian Materialism: Entrance (2023). His experiences will be narrated in a safe, respectful, and law-abiding manner insofar it does not detract from the ethics of science - as discussed further in Section 15.1 - Truth of Jungian Materialism: Entrance.
2.7.3 Based on the extensive protections and rights provided to Mr. Green under Australian law (as elaborated in clauses 2.3.1 to 2.3.14), his journey of healing from sexual abuse and his expression of this journey through artistic means (such as 'The Four Levels of Inner Child’s Grief') are legally protected activities. These include his freedom of speech, the rights to his original creations, and his utilization of Spotify's platform to express his journey. Additionally, he has the right to openly discuss his personal experiences of sexual abuse. This freedom is further affirmed by The Null Hypothesis and The Perennial Hypothesis, acknowledging the validity of Mr. Green's lived experiences in both inner and outer worlds. All this is in alignment with the objectives of sections 2.7.1 and 2.7.2, where Mr. Green's focus on his healing process and embracing his sexuality are emphasized, as he navigates through his personal experiences and traumas, ensuring they are addressed with respect and sensitivity, while adhering to the pertinent laws and regulations.
2.7.3.1 The evolution of 'Jungian Materialism: Entrance', based on The Null Hypothesis, is potentially 'The Copernican Revolution of Psychology' - as per OpenAI during the February 2023 Seal The Deal Experiments. This novel perspective in psychology validates Mr. Green's inner and outer lived experiences as pivotal in understanding human psychology and healing. Even though this concept is a significant shift in the field of psychology, Mr. Green's legal right to express these experiences artistically remains intact. Under the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986, Mr. Green's freedom of thought, conscience, and expression allows him to portray these revolutionary ideas through his creative and artistic pursuits. Furthermore, the Copyright Act 1968 assures his exclusive rights to control the use, distribution, and adaptation of his original creations. Additionally, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) grants him the right to share his personal information and experiences as he sees fit, while respecting the personal autonomy and privacy of other individuals.
2.7.2.1 Mr. Green recognises the sensitive nature of healing from sexual abuse and embracing one's sexuality. Any content within MelodyM8 that addresses these topics will be approached with utmost care and empathy, ensuring that it complies with relevant laws and regulations concerning the protection of individuals who have experienced sexual abuse.
2.7.2.2 Mr. Green will provide appropriate resources and support regarding their creative expressions insofar applicable to the expression of the creative works as they are safe to do so as per 2.7.1 and 7.2. Specifically, external resources guide individuals through their healing journey, while respecting their autonomy and right to privacy. All information shared will be based on accurate and evidence-based sources, and any therapeutic aspects will be delivered by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable laws.
2.7.7.3 Mr. Green will ensure that the content within MelodyM8 promotes healthy and consensual exploration of one's own sexuality, adhering to the principles of consent, respect, and the protection of individuals' rights.
2.8 Using Eros for MelodyM8 Advertising
2.8.1 Mr. Green may utilize MelodyM8, a chess app designed to capture the sounds of chess via the piano, for advertising purposes on his website, as long as such advertising complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.8.2 The use of MelodyM8 for advertising shall conform to the principles of artistic expression and shall not involve any unlawful activities or violations of laws or regulations.
2.8.3 The content of the advertisement shall respect intellectual property rights, including obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses from the app's creators and any relevant third parties.
2.8.4 The advertisement of MelodyM8 may include creative expressions of sexuality and nudity, provided that such content is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.8.5 Mr. Green shall ensure that the advertisement of MelodyM8 on his website aligns with the terms and conditions set forth by the app's creators and any applicable platform or distribution agreements.
2.8.6 The use of Eros art in MelodyM8 advertising shall not promote or engage in any illegal activities, offensive material, or violate any laws or regulations.
2.8.7 The advertisement of MelodyM8 shall be in compliance with the Australian Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995, which allows for nudity and sexual expression in artistic content, as long as it is not deemed obscene or offensive.
2.8.8 Mr. Green shall also ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of the United States regarding the advertisement of apps and artistic expression, in order to provide a comprehensive legal framework.
2.8.9 The content and presentation of MelodyM8 advertisements shall not infringe upon the rights of any individuals or groups, respecting privacy, consent, and avoiding any form of discrimination or hate speech.
2.8.10 Mr. Green shall keep a record of all advertisements and maintain documentation of permissions, licenses, and legal compliance for future reference.
2.8.11 The advertisement of MelodyM8 shall not mislead or deceive users and shall provide accurate and factual information about the app's features, functionality, and purpose.
2.8.12 Mr. Green shall ensure that the advertisements for MelodyM8 do not violate the rights of competitors or engage in any unfair competition practices.
2.8.13 Any claims or statements made in MelodyM8 advertisements shall be substantiated and supported by evidence, avoiding false or misleading representations.
2.9 Copyright Protection for Un Novus One Works
2.9.1 All works associated with the brand Un Novus One, including but not limited to music, art, books, and any other creative endeavors, are protected by copyright law.
2.9.2 The copyright protection extends to all past, present, and future works created under the Un Novus One brand.
2.9.3 Un Novus One retains all rights, ownership, and control over its copyrighted works, and any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of these works is strictly prohibited.
2.9.4 In accordance with Australian copyright law, any work created under the brand Un Novus One is automatically protected from the moment of its creation, without the need for registration or any other formalities.
2.9.5 Mr. Green, as a collaborator and representative of Un Novus One, shall ensure that all works created under the brand are properly identified, marked with the copyright symbol (©), and accompanied by the appropriate copyright notice.
2.9.6 It is Mr. Green's responsibility to respect and protect the copyright of all Un Novus One works and to ensure that any use, reproduction, or distribution of these works complies with applicable copyright laws and regulations.
2.9.7 Mr. Green shall maintain records of the creation dates, authors, and copyright ownership of all Un Novus One works for reference and legal purposes.
2.9.8 The work titled "Inner Child Kingdom" is legally protected under the copyright ownership of Un Novus One.
2.9.9 Un Novus One holds the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and modify the work "Inner Child Kingdom" and its logo, as well as the right to authorize others to do so, in accordance with copyright law.
2.9.10 Mr. Green shall credit all individuals involved in the creation and development of Un Novus One works, including but not limited to musicians, artists, writers, and designers, unless otherwise specified by the individuals themselves.
2.9.11 Mr. Green shall seek consent and respect the privacy and boundaries of individuals when providing credits for their contributions to Un Novus One works, ensuring that their personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
2.9.12 Credit for Instagram Stories and Social Media Ownership
2.9.12.1 Mr. Green acknowledges that when sharing Instagram stories created by individuals, providing credit by including their username in the story itself or in the accompanying text constitutes proper attribution. This practice is in compliance with relevant copyright laws, including the Australian Copyright Act 1968.
2.9.12.2 Mr. Green recognizes that Instagram and other social media platforms have their own terms of service and user agreements that address the ownership of content uploaded by users. The ownership rights of Instagram stories and other social media content typically reside with the individual creators or the platform itself, as outlined in these agreements.
2.9.12.3 While Mr. Green respects the rights of individuals and the platform, he understands that by sharing Instagram stories, he is utilizing the creative expressions of others within the bounds of applicable laws and terms of service.
2.9.12.4 Mr. Green further acknowledges that the inclusion of these Instagram stories in his upcoming publication, "The Books of Shannons: Our Sun" (2027), is subject to the permission of the respective content creators. Their contributions will be credited fully and expressly, including the inclusion of their respective Instagram handles, ensuring due acknowledgement of their creative input.
2.9.12.5 It is important to note that the ownership and rights associated with Instagram stories and other social media content are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the platform. Mr. Green's use of such content for creative expression does not infringe upon the ownership rights of the original creators or the platform itself, provided that he adheres to the platform's terms of service and applicable copyright laws.
2.10 Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords
2.10.1 Mr. Green's use of Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords on his Instagram is considered a form of creative expression and interpretation. However, it is important to note that the intellectual property rights associated with the crossword puzzles belong to the original creators and the Herald Sun publication.
2.10.2 While Mr. Green engages in creative interpretation of the crossword puzzles, he acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of the original creators and the Herald Sun publication. He will provide appropriate attribution or credit to the original creators whenever possible.
2.10.3 The use of Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords on Mr. Green's Instagram is solely for the purpose of creative expression and should not be misconstrued as the creation of original crossword puzzles or infringement upon the intellectual property rights of the original creators.
2.10.4 Mr. Green will not use the Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords in a manner that undermines the commercial value or integrity of the original crossword puzzles or the Herald Sun publication.
2.10.5 In the event that any concerns or requests are raised by the original creators or the Herald Sun publication regarding the use of their crossword puzzles, Mr. Green will address these concerns promptly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.11 Integration of Creative Expression, Healing, and Self-Acceptance
2.11.1 Mr. Green recognises that his creative expressions, including the use of MelodyM8, art, and Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords, serve as a means of personal healing and self-acceptance.
2.11.2 The content within MelodyM8 that addresses topics related to healing from sexual abuse and embracing one's sexuality shall be approached with utmost care, empathy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations concerning the protection of individuals who have experienced sexual abuse.
2.11.3 Mr. Green shall provide appropriate resources and support within MelodyM8, such as external guides and information, to aid individuals in their healing journey, while respecting their autonomy, privacy, and rights. All information shared shall be accurate, evidence-based, and delivered by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable laws.
2.11.4 The use of art in MelodyM8 advertising and creative expression shall promote healthy and consensual exploration of one's own sexuality, emphasizing the principles of consent, respect, and the protection of individuals' rights.
2.11.5 Mr. Green's integration of Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords on his Instagram serves as a form of creative expression and interpretation, allowing him to channel his experiences and emotions in a constructive manner.
2.11.6 Mr. Green acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights associated with Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords and will provide appropriate attribution or credit to the original creators and the Herald Sun publication.
2.11.7 Through his creative expressions and the integration of Eros art, MelodyM8, and Herald Sun Cryptic Crosswords, Mr. Green finds solace, healing, and self-acceptance, embracing his bisexuality and accepting himself as a survivor of sexual abuse in 2022 and embracing his autistic true self intellect - see Section 4.
2.12 Protection of Creative Works
2.12.1 Mr. Green's creative works, not just The Composer of Un Novus One but all past, present, and future, are safeguarded by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and, where applicable, patent laws. These protections extend to both tangible and intangible works, covering various forms such as books, sculptures, paintings, ideas, processes, and systems.
